전문인력, CEC 이민 새 CAP 관련

또 정부가 전문인력, CEC 이민 새 CAP 관련 발표를 했습니다.

물론 EOI  ---> Express Entry (New active recruitment model) 라는 것으로써 이제 지원자를 고용주와 매칭시켜서 해당되는 지원자를 이민을 빨리 시켜주는 방식을 새롭게 도입할 예정이라고 이미 오래전에 발표가 되었는데요,  현실 가능성에 대해선 아무도 예측을 못하고 있습니다. 그럼에도 2015년부터 도입하겠다고만 하고 있다가, 23(어제)일에는 Express Entry 의 시작을 준비하기위해 FSWP, FSTP, CEC 의 새로운 CAP 을 5월 1일부터 시작하겠다고 각각 발표했고, 자세한 디테일은 26일 Gazette 에서 발표된다고 합니다.

즉 이 새로운 캡은 Express Entry 가 내년 1월 도입되기 전까지의 현재 시스텝으로써 받는 FSWP, FSTP, CEC 의 마지막 캡이 되게 될거라고 합니다.

- 새 캡 시행 2014년 5월 1일

FSWP (Federal Skilled Woker Program: 전문인력) : 1) 25,000명 전체 Cap (50개 직종(아래 리스트)이고 각 서브 Cap 1,000명)  / 2) 500명은 PhD stream  / 3) 여전히 잡 오퍼가 있을 경우는 NO Cap 이자 정해진 직종 특별히 없음

FSTP (Federal Skilled Trades Program : 전문 Trade인력이민) : 5,000명  90개 직종, 직종당 100명 Sub Cap있음

Major Group 72: Industrial, electrical and construction trades;

Major Group 73: Maintenance and equipment operation trades;
Major Group 82: Supervisors and technical occupations in national resources, agriculture and related production;
Major Group 92: Processing, manufacturing and utilities supervisors and central control operators;
Minor Group 632: chefs and cooks;
Minor Group 633: butchers and bakers

CEC (Canadian Experience Class: 경험이민) : 8,000명 Cap, 200명씩 Sub Cap 있음 (B 군에 한해서)

6개 직종 여전히 신청 불가:

administrative officers (NOC code 1221), administrative assistants (1241), accounting technicians/bookkeepers (1311), cooks (6322), food service supervisors (6311), and retail sales supervisors (6211).

CEC의 경우는 11월부터 새롭게 12,000여명의 캡이 생길거였고, 또한 그 전까지는 주어진 12000명중에 이제 반이 이미 소진되었는데..  그런 와중에 또 이런 변화를 주었습니다.

물론 5월부터 8천명이 새롭게 생겼으니 오히려 조금 더 는 거라고 봐도 되나.. 문제는 내년에 도입되는 Express Entry 가 되게 되면  어떤식으로 바뀔지가 의문인데, 자세한 사항이 발표 되는 즉시 알려드리겠습니다.
