온타리오 주정부 이민 업테이트

최근 연방 정부에 이어 각 주정부들도 이민법 개정안을 발표하고 있습니다. 온타리오주 정부도 PNP(주정부 이민)을 개정해 발표했습니다.

온타리오 정부는 PhD 박사 학위를 받으면 Job Offer(고용계약서) 없이도 바로 이민 신청을 할수 있는 프로그램을 2010년 4월 21일 발표했습니다. 그 동안 주정부 이민이나 연방 정부에서 실행 되고 있는 ‘International Graduates’ 카테고리 고용계약서가 있어야 했지만 이번 발표된 온타리오 주정부 이민 ‘International PhD Graduates’ 는 고용계약서 없이 박사 학위만으로 이민 신청이 가능합니다.

International PhD graduates who have graduated from a publicly funded Ontario university can now apply to the program without a job offer.
International PhD graduates who have graduated from a publicly funded Ontario university may now qualify without a job offer from

an Ontario employer under the International PhD Graduates Stream. Interested PhD graduates need to submit a
Nominee Application Form for International PhD Graduates directly to the program.
