BC Regional Operations Manager (Treehouse Toys & Ktown Entertainment)

Location

Port Coquitlam (Warehouse) + Guildford / Metrotown / Richmond Stores/Lougheed town centre

Position Overview

We are looking for a BC Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple retail locations for Treehouse Toys and K-town Entertainment.

This role is responsible for overall store operations, warehouse management, inventory control, logistics coordination, and in-store equipment maintenance, working closely with each store manager.  Access to a reliable personal vehicle for daily commuting is required

Key Responsibilities

1. Multi-Store Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations across multiple retail locations
• Work closely with store managers to maintain sales performance and store standards
• Ensure consistent merchandising and customer experience across all branches

2. Warehouse & Inventory Management (Port Coquitlam)

• Manage container receiving and unloading
• Oversee inventory levels across all locations
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory checks
• Coordinate stock allocation and transfers between stores

3. Logistics & Delivery Coordination

• Plan and manage delivery schedules to each branch
• Ensure timely and efficient distribution of products
• Coordinate incoming shipments and internal transfers

4. Equipment & Facility Management

• Oversee maintenance and operation of in-store equipment
  (e.g., claw machines, Life4Cut photo booths, karaoke machines)
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate repairs when needed
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly at all times

5. E-commerce & Order Management

• Manage and oversee Shopify online orders
• Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping processes
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in online order handling

6. Product Development & R&D

• Participate in sourcing new products and developing new retail concepts
• Analyze sales trends and suggest new product opportunities
• Support expansion and new business initiatives

Work Environment

• Combination of warehouse and retail store environments
• Frequent travel between locations required
• Fast-paced and hands-on role

Qualifications

• Previous retail or operations management experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)

Compensation (Performance-Driven Growth Structure)

• Training Period (0–3 Months):
  $19/hour +4% Vac pay

• Initial Operations Role (Post-Training):
  Starting from $21/hour  +4% Vac pay

• Performance Evaluation (3–6 Months):
  Formal review based on:

• Operations Lead / Senior Role Transition:
  Based on evaluation, compensation will be adjusted and may transition into a salary-based role

• Regional Operations Manager (Senior Level – Managing Store Managers):
  Starting salary: $55,000/year+

• Growth Potential:
  Compensation will continuously increase based on performance, responsibility, and company expansion
  (No fixed ceiling for high performers)
