Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Mobile Sales Manager to lead both B2C and B2B sales efforts. This role will focus on promoting and selling our premium golf simulators to individual consumers, golf enthusiasts, and businesses, while also expanding sales channels for GreenTee Golf Shop’s in-house brands and exclusive distribution brands in the golf industry. You will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and opening new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead mobile sales operations, driving both B2C and B2B sales for golf simulators, apparel, accessories, and golf balls.
Develop and manage a sales pipeline that includes individual customers, golf clubs, indoor golf centers, hotels/resorts, and corporate clients.
Conduct on-site product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations tailored to different customer segments.
Identify, approach, and close new accounts; maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns, event activations, and seasonal offers.
Attend golf tournaments, trade shows, corporate events, and industry networking activities to generate leads.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product and sales strategies.
Provide detailed sales reports, ROI analysis, and recommendations to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience; background in both B2C and B2B sales highly preferred.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills for high-value transactions.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse customer groups.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in dynamic environments.
Comfortable with frequent travel for client meetings, product demos, and events.
Passion for golf and familiarity with golf products is an asset.
Language: Proficient in English; Korean and Chinese are a plus.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (flexibility for events on evenings/weekends) Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission + performance incentives
