Position Title: Digital Graphic Designer – E-commerce & Apparel Retail

We specialize in premium golf apparel, accessories, and equipment, operating across multiple cities and golf course locations in Canada. As we grow, we're looking for a talented digital graphic designer with a strong understanding of apparel retail and e-commerce trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and create digital assets for the e-commerce platform, including homepage banners, product visuals, campaign graphics, and promotional materials.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute creative concepts for product launches, sales events, and seasonal campaigns.
Ensure all creative work aligns with GreenTee's brand identity and maintains a consistent look and feel across all platforms, including website, email, in-app, and social media.
Support the production of marketing visuals for Instagram, WeChat, newsletters, online ads, POS displays, and presentations.
Maintain and work from a design calendar, ensuring timely delivery of graphics for new product launches, promotions, and events.
Optimize and improve existing graphics for better performance and user experience.
Stay up to date on the latest design trends, especially in apparel and sportswear, and apply best practices in visual storytelling for retail.
Manage multiple design projects at once under tight deadlines.
Conduct final reviews and quality checks on all designs before publishing or printing.
Select impactful colors, images, text styles, and layouts that enhance the visual experience and drive engagement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in e-commerce or apparel retail.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic motion/animation tools is a plus.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, product displays, and marketing materials across multiple channels.
Understanding of visual merchandising and online retail strategies.
Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and collaborate cross-functionally.
Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce platforms is a strong asset.
Passion for fashion, lifestyle branding, or golf is a bonus.
