Innofoods Inc. is a global leader in the premium snack industry, committed to excellence and innovation.
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our growing finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing tax filings, and supporting internal and external audits.
This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Job Responsibilities

Bookkeeping for sister companies

• Record journal entries and maintain general ledgers using accounting software (e.g, Duzon, Quick Book)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and closing reports
• Issue and manage tax invoices (sales and purchases)
• Assist filing VAT returns and withholding tax reports
• Support corporate income tax and local tax filings, including preparation of tax adjustment documents
• Support monthly payroll (Payment, withholding tax, etc.)
• Assist with external audits and tax audits by preparing requested financial and tax documents
• Prepare internal accounting and tax reports for management

Assist FP&A Manager

• Support the FP&A Manager in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis
• Gather, consolidate, and analyze financial data to support business decision-making

Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and payroll operations
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks online) and MS office
• Experience in communicating with external accounting or tax firms is an advantage
• Prior experience in Korean accounting practices is highly preferred
• Fluent in Korean and English (bilingual preferred)
