We are currently seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented ambitious individuals to fill the following positions open at Langley, BC (Canada) :
* Positions: 1) Freight Forwarding Operation Coordinator (Full-time or Part-time)
2) Freight Forwarding Operation Manager (Full-time or Part-time)
1) Freight Forwarding Operation Coordinator - Langley, BC (Canada)
* Responsibility:
- Create air/ocean export documentation including MB/L instruction, MAWB, HB/L or HAWB, manifest, invoices, delivery orders and file reports
- Researching spot-on and competitive rates pricing for profitability
- Track, trace and update the status of the shipments on a daily basis and follow up inquiries responsibly
- Maintain strong and effective relationships with customers, vendors, agents and co-workers
- Generate A/R, A/P billing and Report Profit & Loss timely
- Perform other duties as assigned
* Requirement:
- Fluency in English and Korean required
- 1+ years of experience in domestic and international import/export operations
- Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions
- Ability to work diligently, independently and work well with others
- Ability to keep a level head and outstanding problem-solving
- Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks responsibly
- Accurate with numbers and calculations
2) Freight Forwarding Operation Manager - Langley, BC (Canada)
* Responsibility:
- Manage and oversee day to day import/export air/ocean operations
- Track, trace and update the status of the shipments on a daily basis and follow up inquiries responsibly
- Ensure completing AR/AP entries accurately within timeframe
- Managing P&L and optimizing effective and productive cost control
- Researching spot-on and competitive rates pricing for profitability
- Ability to manage and provide clear job responsibilities and instructions to subordinates in order to provide excellent customer service
- TSA, FMC, CTPAT and US Customs regulations knowledgeable and compliant
- Maintain strong and effective relationships with customers, vendors, agents and co-workers
- Set objects and goals within the team and constantly improve operating process
- Handle claims and lead to solution
- Perform other duties as assigned
* Requirement:
- Fluency in English and Korean required
- 5+ years of experience in domestic and international import/export operations
- Experience in managing teams of import and export professionals
- Experience in moving perishable, hazardous, oversize project is a plus
- Outstanding management and problem solving skills in order to provide on-time pick up, delivery and shipment status
- Strong attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and solutions to challenges
- Ability to work with demanding deadlines and a high pressure environment
- Trading Operation & Sales will be an advantage

* Office Hours: Mon~Fri / 8:30am~5:30pm
* Expected hours: 20, 30, or 40 per week
* Qualification:
- Must be Bilingual in Korean and English (Verbal and Written)
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
