[Key Responsibilities]
Application & Document Processing: Draft, review, and finalize client applications and forms, ensuring all submissions adhere to legal and procedural requirements.
File Organization & Management: Maintain and systematically organize client records, ensuring accuracy and timely compliance with deadlines.
System & Portal Experience: Navigate government platforms and legal software such as IRCC Portals (GCKey/PR Portal), LTSA, ProSuite, and more.
Client Relations & Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering clear and professional updates throughout their immigration and real estate transaction processs.
Real Estate Transaction Support: Understand and assist with residential and mortgage conveyancing, including documentation and registration procedures.
Case Monitoring & Workflow Management: Oversee the progress of multiple cases, prioritize essential tasks, and follow up on outstanding actions to maintain seamless operations.
Issue Resolution & Client Support: Address client inquiries, resolve concerns efficiently, and uphold a high level of client satisfaction.
Detail-Oriented Review: Carefully examine and verify all documents and information for completeness and accuracy before submission.
Bilingual Document Translation: Accurately translate documents between English and Korean to ensure clarity and compliance.
[Qualifications & Skills We’re Looking For]

Legal & Administrative Experience: At least one year of experience working in a law firm, notary office, or immigration consultancy.
Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of Canadian immigration systems and procedures.
Conveyancing Expertise: Familiarity with resiential and commercial real estate transactions in BC.
Exceptional Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for accuracy and can spot errors that others might miss.
Highly Organized & Efficient: Capable of managing multiple case files and prioritizing tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
Client-Oriented Approach: A professional, friendly demeanour with the ability to build trust and maintain strong client relationships.
Team Player & Multitasker: Works well in a collaborative environment while efficiently managing multiple responsibilities.
Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken English, with the ability to clearly explain complex issues to clients from diverse backgrounds.
Bilingual Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean. Additional proficiency in Japanese, Chinese or Tagalog is a plus.
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
Tech-Savvy & Computer Skills: Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat DC.
