모집 부문: Social Media Specialist (Video & Content)

 

창의성과 전략을 겸비한 콘텐츠 마케터로서 브랜드의 디지털 영향력을 함께 성장시킬 분을 모십니다.

 

☑️Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit high-quality short and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Operate professional cameras, gimbals, lighting, audio, and other equipment.
• Write compelling copy for video descriptions, captions, and promotional materials.
• Adapt shooting plans on the spot based on site conditions, lighting, weather, and workflow.
• Manage daily social media posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create social media contents including text, images, videos, and infographics.
• Plan and maintain content calendars and schedule posts.
• Execute social media contests, giveaways, and other engagement campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics to optimize future content.
• Create and manage paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
• Stay current with social media trends while ensuring brand consistency.

 

☑️Requirements

• Experience in videography, editing, and social media content creation.
• Skilled in video/photo production using DSLR and mobile, with a creative eye for lighting and storytelling.
• Proficient in editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Mangoboard.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to  produce high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to create engaging multi-platform content.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation is considered an asset. 
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field is an asset.
• Fluency in Korean and proficiency in English.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada. (Work permit, including Working Holiday)
