Position: Office Administrator/Bookkeeper

Wage: $25.00 / hour
Working hours: 30-40 hours per week

Work experience requirement: Two (2) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related occupation, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in business is acceptable.

Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm appointments and general meetings
Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure the timely and accurate processing of customer orders
Order office supplies, maintain inventories and maintaining clean office environment
Manage and arrange presentations and conferences
Prepare and submit expense reports, purchase orders, and other financial documents as needed
Manage and maintain social media accounts and the company website
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Answer orders and inquiries or route inquiries from customers and business partners to the appropriate party
Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items
Assist in the coordination of company events, including trade shows, customer appreciation events, and employee gatherings
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely reordering of products
Arrange logistics for manufacturing and shipping schedules
Monitor and report customer clearance issues
Provide support for the resolution of customer complaints and issues, including coordinating with the sales team and other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution
Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities, and present findings to senior management
