We are currently seeking a full-time individual who demonstrates a commitment to professional excellence, capable of meeting stringent deadlines with both speed and accuracy. The successful candidate will possess a versatile skill set, highlighted by outstanding written and verbal communication abilities in English, and Korean. Expert typing proficiency, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook, and a proven ability to foster clear communication with both internal teams and external clients are paramount. Comfort with diverse computer applications and the agility to navigate multiple software products are valuable attributes in our fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, maintaining a highly organized and productive work environment.
- Document & Records Management: Implement and maintain efficient filing systems for all appraisal-related documents, client records, and general office files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Reporting & Financial Assistance: Prepare, proofread, and finalize appraisal reports and other critical documents.
- Communication & Client Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact, communicating effectively and professionally with appraisers, clients, and vendors via phone and email. Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette and written communication skills.
- Resource Management: Coordinate and manage office supplies inventory, ensuring timely procurement and availability of all necessary materials for seamless operations.
- Process Improvement: Implement and uphold office policies and procedures to optimize workflow efficiency and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in team management or leadership roles is desirable but not mandatory.
