I am willing to accept a few students who need assistance in improving their skills in English and Literature Studies.

I will be helping with the following:

1. Hand-crafted lessons designed to help students understand exactly what is needed to be successful in all competencies

2. Intensive lessons in critical reading and critical writing

3. Offering skills to be further successful in university level writing.

4. Can teach in both Korean and English (moved to Vancouver from Korea in 1993 at the age of six)

5. Provide plenty of hand-made resources (PowerPoints, Documents) for student review

Students must:

1. Follow every instruction.

2. Be willing to learn a skill rather than just improve their grade.

3. Invest 100% into improving; there are no short cuts

My credentials:

1. UBC BA in English Literature

2. UBC BEd in Secondary Education

3. SFU MEd in Curriculum Design

4. 11+ years of public and private school teaching experience

5. Currently teaching Secondary English and English First Peoples in the Surrey School district
