Community Service Assistant Training (CSAT)

지역 사회 기관에서 근무하고 싶으신 분들이 처음에 시작할 수 있는 입문과정으로 Assistant Training 을 VCC 에서 시작합니다. 많은 사람들을 상대하는 직업이니만큼 영어로의 소통이 자유로우셔야 합니다.  사무직으로 특히 사회봉사 기관에 관심이 있으신 분들은 서둘러 신청해 주세요.

기본 자격 조건은 다음과 같습니다.

* 캐나다 시민권자나 영주권자

* 지난 3년 동안 일반 EI 를 받은 적이 없는 분

* 지난 5년 동안 출산, 육아 EI 를 받은 적이 없는 분

* 현재 일을 하고 있지 않는 분

* 현재 학생이 아닌 분

* 수업을 듣는데 문제가 없는 영어 실력을 가진 분

* 캐나다에서 대학 프로그램 수료를 하지 않은 분

* 그 외의 프로그램에 따른 자격 조건을 충족 시키시는 분

Program Outline

기본 자격 요건 외 프로그램 자격요건
* 12학년 졸업자 혹은 그와 동등한 자격증
* 기본 컴퓨터 스킬 및 키보드 타자 20/wpm 이상의 실력
* Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 이상

* Emotional maturity and sound judgement/decision making skills
* Ability to deal with clients, colleagues, and staff in a tactful and courteous manner
* Personal hygiene, grooming and appearance acceptable in an office environment
* High standard of honesty, integrity, and professionalism
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Attention to detail, accuracy, patience, and ability to work well under pressure
* Good command of oral and written English to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
* Ability to organize, problem solve, and set priorities
* Good human relation skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Basic computer literacy with 20wpm keyboarding speed


이 프로그램을 이수하시는 분들은 다음과 같은 자격을  얻게 됩니다.
* VCC’s Certificate of Completion
* 13 Academic Credits towards further education
