주요 업무

• 무게 15kg 이상 제품 핸들링 가능
• 원료, 완제품 및 포장재를 운반
• 초콜릿과 크래커 재료를 측정하여 혼합 및 기계에 넣는 작업
• 제품 원료를 작업 트레이에 분배하는 작업
• 컨베이어에 물품을 분배, 포장 또는 품질 확인 작업
• 작업장 청소 및 장비 청소

자격 요건

• 대중교통이 없으므로 개인 차량으로 통근 가능하신 분
• 맡은 업무를 꼼꼼하고 책임감 있게 수행하실 수 있는 분
• 경력이 없으셔도 트레이닝 가능

근무 시간

• 오전(AM Shift) 5:30 am - 1:30 pm (30분 유급 점심 시간)
• 오후(PM Shift) 1:30 am - 9:30 pm (30분 유급 점심 시간)

임금

• 오전/오후$19.25

Inno Foods Group is a Global Food production facility in high-end luxury snack industry. Within our company the Production Worker position is responsible for the preparation, processing, packaging, and storage of food products in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role ensures that food products are handled safely and efficiently to maintain quality and meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Food Preparation:

• Follow recipes and production instructions to prepare food products.
• Transport raw materials and products from/to the warehouse.
• Measure and mix ingredients according to specifications.
• Operate various food processing equipment (e.g., mixers, grinders, ovens).

2. Production Operations (weight up to 25 kg):

• Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing or grinding machines.
• Feed and unload foods and associated products processing machines.
• Perform quality checks on products throughout the production process.
• Operate food production machinery to ensure smooth operation and notify supervisors of any detected abnormalities.

3. Packaging:

• Operate packaging equipment to wrap, label, and package finished products.
• Feed flattened trays into forming machines to construct trays or containers.
• Package manually filled pouches/products from conveyor into boxes or trays or other containers. Ensure that all packaging meets company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor packaging materials and notify supervisors of any shortages.

4. Quality Control:

• Conduct visual and physical inspections of products to identify defects or contamination.
• Report any quality issues to supervisors.
• Follow company policies for handling rejected or defective products.

5. Sanitation and Safety:

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Clean work areas and equipment after finish production and packaging.
• Follow sanitation procedures to clean equipment and work surfaces.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

6. Inventory Management:

• Assist with inventory checks and maintain accurate records of materials used.
• Report inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.

7. Compliance:

• Follow all regulatory guidelines and company policies related to food safety (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
• Participate in training sessions on food safety and production practices.
• Ensure proper documentation of production activities as required.

8. Team Collaboration:

• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors about production status and issues.
• Assist in training new employees as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in food production or a similar environment preferred.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot production machinery.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25kg.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (cold, hot, humid environments).

Wage:

• AM/PM: $19.25
