주요 업무

• 생산 설비 및 시설 시스템에 대한 예방 정비 및 수리 수행
• 기계의 기계적 및 기본적인 전기적 문제 해결
• 장비 고장 발생 시 생산 중단 시간 최소화 지원
• 장비 설치, 개조 및 개선 지원
• 건물 시스템 및 장비의 안전한 운영 유지
• 수리 시 기본적인 도면, 매뉴얼 또는 장비 문서 판독
• 생산팀과 협력하여 장비 관련 문제 해결
• 회사 안전 절차 및 식품 안전 요구 사항 준수

Maintenance Technician

Position Overview

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who enjoys fixing machines, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting production teams.

This role is ideal for someone who likes working with mechanical systems, figuring out how things work, and helping solve equipment issues. Maintenance technician works an important technical service role within the company, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently while supporting productions across the facility.

Training will be provided in areas where experience may be limited.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues on machines
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize production downtime
• Assist with installation, modification, and improvement of equipment
• Maintain safe operation of building systems and equipment
• Read basic drawings, manuals, or equipment documentation when performing repairs
• Work with production teams to resolve equipment-related issues
• Follow company safety procedures and food safety requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Has experience as a maintenance technician, service technician, mechanic, or similar hands-on role

Experience in the following areas is considered an asset:

• Mechanical repair or troubleshooting

• Manufacturing or food processing environments
