Ren Robots is a high-tech company focusing on robot applications, providing technical support and service in major cities across Canada. We focus on the collaboration between humans and machines. Our goal is to assist companies in their daily operations using the most suitable robots.
Our most mature applications are in restaurants and hotels. Ren Robots collaborates with Keenon Robots to relieve staff from physical labor and improve customer experience as well as operational efficiency. The very first delivery and guide robots in Canada were installed at a restaurant by Keenon in 2018. The client was impressed by the effectiveness of our robots and their customers found the robots as a fun attraction.

RESPONSIBILITY:
Visit clients in person and cold call customers to promote our products and services
Able to build professional relationships with clients
Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
Reach and exceed set targets
Manage and service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
QUALIFICATION:
At least two-year experience in sales
Experience working with multiple sales rep. in agile environments
Strong self-motivation to meet sales goals and objectives
Knowledge of project sales processes, tools, and cadences
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to speak Japanese/Korean/Cantonese/Mandarin/French is an asset
A valid Canadian driver’s license is required
